Thats where Rep. Mike Lair sits. Lair appropriated $8 to buy tin foil hats for Missourians who oppose Common Core. He did this a day after hundreds of people flooded the Missouri state capitol in protest of the program.
I guess someone was unimpressed with Lairs sense of humor.
