These Tools Make Creating a Custom Brand Easy

4 Applications and Tools to Create an Impactful Brand

Whether you’re starting your own small business or creating a softball league for co-workers, you’re going to need to do some branding.  The degree to which you will want to do branding will vary based on your budget, purpose, and time you have.  However, you’d be surprised to learn just how easy it is to create your own brand.  Brand creation is extremely flexible.  Maybe you want to create a few t-shirts or maybe you just want a logo to share on your social media accounts.  Either way, creating a brand is simple.  Here are four tools and applications I use regularly to create and enhance a brand.

LogoMakr.com

Logos are extremely important.  Graphic design is daunting, I get it.  I’m not very good at drawing things out on paper and I’m even worse creating designs online.  That was until I found LogoMakr.  There are hundreds of logo maker and designer websites out on the internet.  Most of them are just terrible and a lot of them aren’t free.  LogoMakr offers both a free and paid service.  LogoMakr’s free account is one of the very few free accounts that you can use without being forced to upgrade to the premium account.  LogoMakr’s free service comes with dozens of fonts and thousands of free clip art designs.  The logo builder is very easy to use and the layout is appealing to any wanna-be designer.

UTS, T-Shirts and More

After you’ve created a fantastic looking logo, it’s time to make it official.  Get working on some t-shirt designs!  Honestly, it seems essential that all small businesses or small brands have at least one t-shirt design.  T-shirts are a cheap yet effective way of sharing your brand.  I prefer UTS’ t-shirt designer.  UTS is a great company based out of central Missouri.  Their site and t-shirt designer is simple and easy to use.  UTS also boasts a wide variety of products that you can customize.  UTS also beats most other t-shirt design websites in price and availability.

Coast-A-Message

Not essential for most, however, still super awesome, Coast-A-Message is based in St. Louis, Missouri.  Coast-A-Message allows you to submit your brand or design and have it printed on an eco-friendly coaster.  Coast-A-Message also allows companies, groups, or individuals to place small orders.  I love Coast-A-Message’s custom printed coasters as I can use them at work or around the house.  It really gives any brand that professional look and feel.

Etsy
